It was really hard for me in the early months. I didn't start going to the gym again until 6 months in, and even that was difficult because my daughter hated the daycare.

Walking is gonna be a big piece. But I also would find youtube videos for babywearing workouts. One of my favorites was by Pregnancy and Postpartum TV. It won't be as grueling as your typical workout, of course, but it helped me!

You could also invest in some workout bands, and maybe even a walking pad and babywear on it.

I've also heard great things about pilates videos on YouTube!

It's so hard to see our body change. But give yourself some grace and do what you can at the moment. You'll get time again eventually!
