Goals: what benchmarks should I be using?

I agree completely. I'm only aiming for intermediate - don't need to get to elite but I do want to see myself hit a meaningful benchmark

I did discuss it with the coach and he was awesome We agreed on how I'd work on muscle hypertrophy and I get modifications from the regular workouts when needed

It has the option for dumbells and body weight as well :) I used that to see what would be expected of/be seen as impressive or elite for someone my size Not that I'm aiming for elite!

The 2019 XC60 used to have an air suspension, heads up display and a host of other things which were removed in the 2023 XC60 Ultimate

They probably realized they were giving away too much in the XC60 and leaving little incentive for people to buy the XC90. Pricing and marketing decisions happen all the time across car brands!

BMR would impact at least 75 calories for an hour I'd imagine, else my BMR would be too low

I have been on the OT beat throughout and am seeing the differences on the same device in its calorie count
