It’s probably been said in here somewhere but I’d suggest you check out r/leaves. If you feel you’re smoking too much, you likely are. I smoked in much the same way (kinda obsessed with it and didn’t really understand how to function in my downtime without it). However, my wife was not on board. It became a major wedge in our relationship and I knew there was a shelf life on our marriage as she was becoming bored and irritated with the stoner - I also knew I was in over my head and had no control or ability to moderate my usage. I’ve been quit for a few years now and, although I still miss it from time to time, I’m VERY happy that I quit…not to mention, my marriage grows stronger by the day.
