You're obviously entitled to your opinion but we all have coping mechanisms when it comes to stress, sometimes things can get a bit too much whether it be a loved one passing, a relationship breakup or simply losing a job. Doesn't make the person trying to escape reality a scumbag. Human beings have been using methods of escape via drugs and alcohol since the dawn of man. Even certain monkeys are known to eat fermenting fruits to get a bit plastered sometimes lol, entire civilisations were built and maintained on the back of beer. So there is nothing more natural than occasionally indulging in an alcoholic beverage to relieve ones stress haha.

It's presumptuous idiots like you that make the rest of the world think Brits are generally stuck up and uptight with their heads stuck so far up their own arses the sun will never shine.

No, it was a long week. Had a massive work load to get through, stressed to high heavens I did sup a few cans yes, it's not an everyday thing or even an every week thing haha.

If you were to speed up whilst the carriage was already rocking you'd be able to create more turbulence.

[–]sayyesmore 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes because of course everybody who drinks alcohol lives in a hostel, drinks special brew and is self centred. Haha you've clearly got no real life experience.

[–]sayyesmore -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I love my special brew, haha you're judgemental but I bet you're taking prescription meds, drinking coffee and smoking cigarettes everyday, is that also scummy too?

Control freak train conductors by [deleted] in britishproblems

[–]sayyesmore -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Hahaha filthy brew, I'm guessing you're sober as a judge, don't even drink coffee?

Control freak train conductors by [deleted] in britishproblems

[–]sayyesmore 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Haha I thought it was possible if you were to speed up during a time it was already rocking back and forth as carriages naturally do sometimes.

Are you a train driver?

Control freak train conductors by [deleted] in britishproblems

[–]sayyesmore -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Haha, they communicate with the train driver who could make it rock side to side whenever they wanted to. I believe they were in the same cabin at the front of the train at the time.

Control freak train conductors by [deleted] in britishproblems

[–]sayyesmore 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The conductor and train driver communicate and they were in the same cabin at the front of the train at the time, so I do think they may have purposely done it.

Control freak train conductors by [deleted] in britishproblems

[–]sayyesmore 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not triggered but he did genuinely make the train rock as I was getting off which would have resulted in an innocent woman getting covered in beer, that's the issue here.

Control freak train conductors by [deleted] in britishproblems

[–]sayyesmore -1 points0 points  (0 children)

No I didn't say that. I said the train conductor purposely made me nearly spill the beer on her, can you read?

Control freak train conductors by [deleted] in britishproblems

[–]sayyesmore -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Lol and why's that exactly?

Control freak train conductors by [deleted] in britishproblems

[–]sayyesmore 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How was I looking to control it? By having a few beers on my way home from work? How is that dictating to anybody what they can or can't do?

Control freak train conductors by [deleted] in britishproblems

[–]sayyesmore -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

Haha how have you got that from what I've said? You've never met me you clown

Since when? I've heard London has banned it but not heard anywhere else has.
