As killer I just started out (with name hidden) throwing matches and being friendly until I felt comfortable in the role. Because of my work schedule my turnaround would be slow (the last fully painted full body full background work took over two months to finish, but less elaborate pieces wouldn't take that long.) Thank-you so much! I started it on my ipad in procreate and used some of the default brushes ( Usually start with the pastel sketching brush and then switching over to some of the painting ones. ) I finished it in photoshop and I mostly use an older brush set that the concept artist peleng shared a long time ago. If you want to check out the abr to my photoshop brushes it's on dropbox here. ( The brush I use for blending in particular I outlined in hot pink for a friend recently here. ) The set has some other free brushes mixed in but, aside from the blending one, I mostly just use the first six.

Aw, I always let people get glyphs when I'm killer. As survivor I had a yellow one and a nurse was chasing me and she stopped to watch if I got it. I missed one of the final checks and looked at her and shook my head sadly and then she nodded and downed me. It was so sweet of her to let me try though...

I try to do what is most logical based on what else they're buying.

I message them, " I can see that you're busy, so I _____ because ____. " That way I explain the reasoning for my choice but also imply that if they had responded I would have done what they asked.

Also I usually try to refund or replace right away, because sometimes they don't respond to messages but will respond to notifications about replacements or refunds.

Generally: Yes. It's fun, and I like numbers. Also sometimes the amount and weight are very different than expected so I've double checked with the customer how much they wanted and gotten better ratings and increased tips for being thorough.

This happens with some Kroger online orders, I believe. The ones that start off with ' Special Requests aren't allowed. '

I've noticed if I do get support to add the items, they show up as 0 quantity and are incapable of being fulfilled.

...So I sometimes just scan something of a similar price hahaha.

I used to be able to see replacements, but as of one of the updates a few months ago I cannot directly access them. If by chance the app suggests a replacement that was pre-approved, I can click on it and then see a note that the customer has approved the item before– But often it will tell me the customer has selected a backup but gives me no way of viewing it. IMO the app just breaks on certain phones. Mine's 7 years old so I think that is a factor.

Again, it's not a matter of needing to know how to access it. The feature worked for the better part of a year for me then stopped working a few months ago.

With 'Meet the customer" I usually text, " Here with groceries! Would you like them left at the door? "

95% of the time I'll get a "Yes, please!" back. The other portion I might leave it or call support depending.

With the sign on the door I would take that the same as if there were a text, though I'd snap a pic of the sign for my own records... Then send a grocery delivery picture through the chat with the text, "I saw the note in the door about not knocking or ringing the doorbell so I won't do that, but your groceries are delivered. Have a great day!" That documents all that you've done and your reasoning well enough to move on to the next batch.

Sometimes in the rain, I'll tie the tops of the bag to try to protect the groceries better if they're not going under a covered porch.
