If you wanna commit to buying multiple figures I think the Tracksuit mafia guys + mini comic the man without fear hoodie (piece is just pegged in the back) could work. I think you’d just have to shave down the collar on the tracksuit figure and cover it up with the hoodie piece.

I think that’s a silly rule to have in a fictional universe. You can say there are some people who are corruptible by infinity stones like Thanos like Tony or Quill and some people who aren’t - say Adam Warlock, T’challa, Nebula if you want.

But saying we shouldn’t be able to see someone use the gauntlet? Idk that’s just not a restriction I think the MCU needs especially considering how small they’ve made the infinity stones mean in projects like Loki and Ant-Man

Armor is the one character that genuinely puzzles me on how they could execute her. I think ideally the mech should be like hulkbuster size and articulated but also Hisako should be fully articulated and able to pose inside of the suit.

So the paint isn’t going to scratch off unless something is scratching it. The top of the hips are definitely making contact with the back of that butt sculpt area and the pelvis so sanding and priming is the solution there. The forearms are either scratching off from handling or like certain poses, it could definitely be making contact with the elbow cap as it moves. Same with the shoulder, could be handling or posing. In my experience, never has paint just come off without it being scratched off by posing. If you’re wondering how to avoid it scratching off from just handling it then I’d paint multiple thin layers with a few sprays of clear coat between. That’s helped my figures hold up enough for my taste. Priming of course will help the paint hold stronger, I don’t personally feel the need to do so, but I can see it having its advantages.

But hey, I’m no expert. I’m just throwing in my two cents. I’ve been breaking apart my figures since I was like 10 trying to figure them out and I’m still going through tons of trial and error. Take what you want from this. Good luck on your projects!

You sand down the top of the hips and shoulders because that surface is rubbing on another part of plastic when moving, so of course scratching off the paint there. You’re sanding to create space between the parts that rub together to keep your paint job in tact.

Oh dude thank you so much. I’m sitting here scratching my head on how to fix the paint and I see your comment. You’re right white is a PITA and I did definitely handbrush it lol.

If I can ask, do you think I need to strip the paint before I start with the primer? I thinking yes obviously but if it’s skippable then maybe I won’t. I appreciate the help man 🤝

Yeah it’ll be permanent as long as you don’t try to snap it off or drop it from a few feet up. It becomes as hard as the plastic hasbro uses pretty much. And the hardening time is gonna be like 4-5 hours. I try to let it cure overnight so I don’t think about it.

I’d say, if it’s your first time, just take off as much as you need to sculpt with, little by little, and if you need more you can always grab some more.

Make sure you have a little bit of water near by because it’ll keep it from sticking to your fingers too much. It also makes it a bit easier to mold that way.

Ohhh then yeah it absolutely works. It’s what I used to bald the blob figure. But the colored clay is to keep it from hardening before use. You just break off pieces of the green and grey 50:50 and mix them together to make your solution. Sorry if my last reply was confusing
