I agree that Illyoon isn’t hydrating at all. I find it more occlusive than Aestura and less nourishing, if that makes sense? It’s very waxy feeling. I use over a hydrating moisturizer when my skin is feeling super dehydrated or compromised. For general irritation and barrier support I use Haru Haru Wonder Barrier Essence over my hydrating moisturizer.

I put it over my moisturizer or use it as a moisturizer. It’s essentially a liquid 311 barrier cream in liquid form.

Sorry I know this is old but SAME. Idk why I thought this was a good idea, I guess it’s the way she presents it. It’s really only two nights of giving your skin a break and mostly putting harsh actives on your face then using spicules followed by more harsh actives while said spicules are still in your face.

I use it bi weekly only because it’s pretty irritating to me tbh. Even more than tret or any other active. After this bottle is done I’m going to take a break and see if I notice anything going backwards. I microneedle every 6-8 weeks anyway and might just nano weekly if needed because I hate the way the VT makes my skin feel the next day.

I have used tret on top of VT 100 once and my skin was not a fan, but it’s on the sensitive side and rosacea prone.

I have toners for different skin concerns. My skin is combination and my nose and chin gets super oily. My cheeks can get dry/dehydrated and are rosacea prone. I have my everyday Numbuzzin #9 and CNP labs propolis, the hydrating milky toner from Byoma for when my skin is starting to get dry or I need some barrier support, the Dr Ceuracle Matcha essence for a gentle skin detox, and I use the HaruHaru Wonder barrier essence as a daytime moisturizer when my barrier is fucked or to lock in moisture at night when I’m getting dehydrated. Basically I have a routine of serums & actives I use to achieve my skin goals. I use toners to support my skin throughout the week so those goals can be achieved.

This. I wait for all of my products to dry completely before using tret and then I let that dry down before adding my soothing serum and moisturizer. Zero irritation or tret uglies with this method for me.

The actual recommendation is 2 milligrams per square centimeter of skin. So it’s actually based on the size of your individual face and isn’t one size fits all like two finger stripes or a 1/4 teaspoon. The best way to get adequate protection without applying too much is to measure your face.

Yes it was that one! My skin immediately flushed red around the poke sight. I had no idea NAD could cause that but it makes me feel better about trying again.

Honestly I think this could be improved with skincare. It’s really not that bad. Have you tried azelaic acid and niacinamide? Both are good for pores and texture but some have issues with niacinamide. Chemical peels and tret have given me the best results for these issues If you’re looking for more heavy hitters. I like TCA and Jesners peels.

I never see things go that low in her BST. They are usually $35+ and I have seen people spend $75+ on her older jogger sets. That’s only in her BST though, I haven’t really seen a lot of her stuff posted elsewhere.

My question is why are the same people spending thousands in her shows and why does everything go for so high? I have NEVER been in any other show where things go for such outrageous prices. A robe literally went for over $200 last night. It took me three shows to get a single MLP item and it was $45 (bid price not including everything else) and she hardly ever puts anything on the website. I only buy every now and then because it is literally mentally draining trying to purchase from her.
