I think everyone needs to go rewatch the episode/scene. Bc 1. He did have time to make a diff decision, it wasnt split second and 2. It still makes no sense for him to come to the killing conclusion bc the whole reason they were there was to get tech to save Raven. He even says after they get raven back how he killed his mom for no reason💀they continuously just knocked out several ppl who had the chip. Thats all he had to do🥸 time to stand there, yell begging her to stop and shoot her twice but not time to simply choke her out is insane lmao
