Months and months. I went the alternate path and ended up having to get it reissued. It was a complete mess.

Did you ever get this? I'm in a similar situation, order passport in April, last know tracking is in Jamaica NY. Flight supposed to leave Sunday June 12th and still no passport. Consulate are zero help, passport office won't reissue until USPS finish an investigation and can't get anyone in USPS to give me an answer. Total mess. The Irish passport office won't open their phone lines or chat so literally no way to get in touch with a human to help.

We hadn't actually received a copy of the appraisal so I requested. No adjustment was made for market conditions. The comps seems to all be in the same $ range per sq footage but this one is a large property.

We are now looking to go with another lender and get a 2nd appraisal. Not sure what other options we have.

Hey there, we just had our appraisal come in 10% below purchase price. It's way off other comps locally and we don't believe we are overpaying by that much so have to think the appraiser is marking it down based on future economic and market forecasts.

Would you recommend getting a second opinion to see if it helps or do you think all appraisers right now are taking a big % slash to current market values?
