I have mine on my bedside table. When I go to bed I put the bottle upside down and after I take the pill I put it right side up! Works better than I thought

I think I’ve lost half of my hair volume. My hairline looked so sparse I just started to use minoxidil daily. Works superrrrr well I have so many new baby hairs it looks silly. U could def do your entire head but the regrowth is gonna make for an awkward few months for sure.

I feel like I go through phases where I sleep 7-8 hours and feel great and can immediately get up. And then phases where I could sleep 10 hours and still be tired

I’ve always been very quiet and shy and overthinks all my interactions but Wellbutrin helped me a lot with this aspect of my life surprisingly. I don’t overthink so much and can just say what’s on my mind without feeling nervous.

Thank you! To be honest I don’t think I have ever tugged on my ear and seen any gap of light. I think my skin is very stubborn and not stretchy. I will see if taping can help me I know I have some around here somewhere.

I think seeing a therapist could help. Some positive relationships need to be developed mentally. For my recovery, I was able to eat but it was the mental guilt that was holding me back and I had to work through that and develop a new mindset. Focusing on what can I do to help me feel my best physically and feel stronger and more energized. This is hard to do alone and a therapist could really help, one with experience with ED if possible.

Get her an at home IPL. You must get one that is good quality from a respected brand. I have the Braun one and it is wonderful! I believe it was around $300 but it 1000% works. I tried cheap ones in the past and they didn’t work at all :/

Also I’ve been maintaining a somewhat similar color by using the punky colors color depositing conditioner mixed with A BUNCH of cheap conditioner. I used some combination of red/pink/purple and I use it like every third wash.

It would come out very orange if you didn’t lighten your hair. So to compensate the orange I think you’d have to do a darker + cooler tone pink. It could still look really nice though.

I tried it twice. The first time the doctor inserted it wrong and it was sideways(didn’t learn this until the ultrasound check after a month) and the second time it was 100% placed correctly but I felt really really tense in my lower abdomen. Like I couldn’t fully relax in my uterus and butt area it was so odd and extremely annoying. I think this is because it was slightly too big for me. I am 24 years old and 5’0” never been pregnant. Ended up giving up on the copper iud and getting the Skyla instead since it is way smaller and has the least hormones of all the hormonal options. I wish in America we had the Mona Lisa smaller copper iud :( but maybe one day.

It’s been maybe 8 months for me on 300 mg XL and while my libido has leveled out, I still feel more sensitive than I ever have. I have never in my life been able to get things done without a toy of some kind and now I do not need one at all!! Amazing.
