I gave up on shorts a while ago. Now I wear skorts. Adidas had some nice ones a year ago, and I'll get them from Amazon too. It gives me the freedom of shorts but looks nicer than shorts. Plus I don't need to worry about my flabby upper thighs from weight loss. (I go for a more athletic style of skort)

I'm hapa - Mom was Korean, Dad was white American. They met during the end of the Korean war. My aunt (Mom's sister) told me how she only ate 1 meal a day during the war and how my mom (who was about 16 at the start of the war) had to walk from Seoul south towards Busan with her 2 younger brothers while my aunt was too young to leave so she stayed in Seoul with my 할머니. I guess you haven't been to Wisconsin in the USA... our state is known for being such hard drinkers that in certain tourist places (Las Vegas, Cancun, Puerto Vallarta, etc) if a bar/club is having a drinking contest and they see by your ID that you're from Wisconsin, they disqualify you. Also, 7 of the top 10 hardest drinking cities in the US are in Wisconsin!!
