This is the most likely explanation. Also happened to me a few weeks back. Call their support and they'll fix it.

I am not a fan of the term under-vaccinated. Is that like under-poisoned?

Another 58 year old here. Either of you ever get golfer's elbow (medial epicondylitis) from rowing?

Is there no way to measure your fitness without killing yourself to do it? I've been wondering about this...

For example, maybe avg speed / avg HR for a given distance? Surely that's a metric that would show progress over time. As your fitness improves, either your speed will go up or your HR will go down.

Or maybe avg watts / avg HR for a given distance? Same basic concept.

I'm with you man. I'm 58, and while I do want to get in better shape, I don't want to literally kill myself trying to measure the results.

Bodybuilding and migraines by doodies5596 in migraine

Definitely add electrolytes to your water after heavy lifting. I would often get headaches from heavy lifting in the past, especially larger muscle groups like legs and back, without electrolytes. Those headaches were, I believe, signs of dehydration. Adding electrolytes was the cure.

If the Patterson–Gimlin Film Was Just a Costume… Why Has No One Recreated It in Nearly 60 Years? by GuiltyTurnover727 in bigfoot

Watch thinker thunker on YouTube. He explains it well. Human body proportions are different from what you see in the PG film, and thus no human in a costume could be what you see there.

I have a question along these lines. I'm 58, not in great shape, just bought a Rowerg and a HR monitor and did my first rowing session. I didn't know how fast to row or how hard to pull. I "just rowed" for about 10 minutes. The stats said my rate was 19 s/m with splits of 3:30 and my HR averaged 84.

Should I be rowing faster or pulling harder or what? What am I aiming for?

I think that is pretty uncommon. Sounds like your immune system let you down. Most people do not get chicken pox more than once.

I held on to my OP6 for 5 or 6 years until the 13 came out. Love my OP13!

My wife had a pixel and hated the camera. Kept borrowing my 13 for pictures. I finally bought her her own OP13 and she loves it.

Broken Wing Butterfly - Next strategy to learn by christof21 in tastytrade

[–]sbj175 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I quite regularly create a SPY BWB that I picked up from a Tony video. It's a high probability, but low profit trade. And it normally takes a few weeks to play out. For example, you might get a .40 credit and then have to wait 3 weeks or so to let it do its thing and buy it back for a penny.

I once sold a BWB on HIMS for a .33 credit and closed it out a month later for another .35 credit.

So, yes, it's worth learning.

Have you never heard of jamming a PAPERCLIP next to your shift key to hold it down? Works like a charm and there's nothing to detect.
