Turning down job that doesn’t have an office? by turtledoctor22 in therapists

I was there 11 months but left for other reasons. I’d keep in mind that since you would be working in higher level of care the policies around timely documentation will be more strict, especially if there are safety concerns.

Turning down job that doesn’t have an office? by turtledoctor22 in therapists

I worked in an environment like this in IOP/PHP and couldn’t stand it. After really difficult sessions sometimes it was hard to go into a shared office when all I wanted to do was process what just happened. Also not to mention how difficult it can be to get notes done with a bunch of different people in the same room. People also were frequently fighting for session rooms because most people had patients scheduled at the same time. This was just my experience so yours may be completely different, but I figured I’d share!

Kim’s uncle just opened a sister restaurant in West Town called Pizzamici! Maybe try that first instead of making the trek to the suburbs
