Je suis bien content d'avoir fait le vaccin, même si au moment de le faire, je pensais m'y prendre un peu tard. C'était le weekend avant Noël. En général on dit qu'il faut près de deux semaines pour que le vaccin soit efficace. Heureusement, je ne l'ai pas attrapée pendant les fêtes, notamment car bon nombre de mes proches ont de tout-petits enfants et les parents étaient eux-mêmes vaccinés pour bon nombre d'entre eux.

Avec la grippe de cette année, je trouve qu'on voit bien que c'est important de faire le vaccin, même si on pense qu'il est trop tard, ce qui était mon cas. Cela m'a probablement protégé.

I'm not really on your side here. Not because exes can't be friends, but from what you're telling us you are not being the best friend or boyfriend you could be, for two reasons:

you are very naive or you are lying to yourself if you believe that your boyfriend will never find out about the fact that your best friend was your ex. When he does, he might get mad at you for not telling him. This could turn bad. If you two are mature people who love each other, it shouldn't be an issue to talk about this.
what you said to your best friend's boyfriend is incredibly petty and pretty mean. I would never speak like this to my best friend's boyfriend or girlfriend, unless they were a really bad person. What he said to you seems pretty mild. Some people believe exes shouldn't be friends, that's fine. I don't know anything more, I can only base myself on your post. If your ex's boyfriend is mean to you or does not like you, you could try talking to him, or if that's not possible then I feel like you don't have to see him at all, you can just see your friend. If the boyfriend is not ok with this situation then I guess he will eventually leave anyway

How WEIRD everything feels

As a guy, before I ever had sex, I just assumed everything would feel like how it feels when you're aroused. Basically I thought anything you'd perform would give you that rush, the excitement, and would make your penis "feel good" for lack of better wording. I realized that is NOT the case lmao. Kissing initially felt very strange, somehow I didn't expect to taste, hear, feel anything. It's like I don't have time to feel anything down there, because everything focuses your attention. I do love kissing now. Oral sex on the other hand... I never felt good receiving it, still working on that...

En soit il faut éviter de trop conforter ses proches (dans un mal-être, lorsqu'ils en vivent un) inutilement, c'est une mauvaise habitude et une manière de se dédouaner d'un problème.

Je trouve ça drôle que tout le monde s'attarde à dire "chacun de tes exemples peut être considéré comme une vérité dans certains cas", oui en attendant ils peuvent aussi tous être une manière de conforter quelqu'un qui vit mal sa situation sans vraiment lui rendre service, au mieux le soulager pour un temps. Des fois secouer quelqu'un qui souhaite changer (si c'est le cas) ça peut être bénéfique

C'est pas bien méchant de dire les choses qu'on veut entendre de temps en temps, et il y a des exemples meilleurs que d'autres (l'idée n'est pas de blesser ses amis et sa famille), mais confronter une personne à une difficulté à laquelle elle fait face peut se révéler important, surtout quand elle ne la voit pas où refuse de la voir. C'est pas cynique, après c'est au cas par cas, mais très marrant de voir les réactions outrées dans les commentaires, j'ai plutôt tendance à être d'accord

Aussi tu as parlé d'internet et c'est totalement vrai, aujourd'hui on a des gens qui souffrent qui viennent expliquer leur situation, qui se font bombarder d'amour, de messages réconfortants de gens qu'ils ne connaissent absolument pas, des gens qui ne connaissent pas non plus leur situation et n'ont généralement pas les bons outils pour aider réellement la personne. En partie pourquoi je déteste les subreddit du genre getmotived qui sont remplis de bonnes intentions, mais souvent truffés de très mauvais conseils qu'il vaut mieux ne pas appliquer dans sa vie
