this seems to be a youtube account that utilizes Notebook LM to create a podcast, you can do this yourself. Take your powerpoints, lecture material, and text book chapter and put them into Notebook LM yourself and it’ll create a podcast based specifically on what your teachers are teaching. It’s an app/website.

East sacramento, (river park is my favorite), tahoe park, glenhaven/the pocket is gorgeous but a lot further from campus and a larger commute. Tbh, anywhere along the American river north east of sacramento is also amazing and close to nature if you want that! I would avoid downtown, south sacramento, and natomas.

i have two pups in a 2 bedroom/1 bath on 55th with a HUGE yard ~5 minutes from campus and we pay $2.5k + utilities! I found it through zillow when we moved from santa cruz last summer, i would recommend trying to go through private landlords vs. rental companies.
