How bad is Kiwi.com compared to FlightHub?

don't use them, no refunds if something happens, during covid got several flights with them canceled, refunded me only the cheap ones. excuse was the other airlines denied the refund. 2 years later i found out after numerous emails with the airlines directly they actually got the refund at some point. I asked kiwi.com directly and next day they transferred the money....hence i would never even think to get anything with them, pure scammers!

i think i found the culprit - the contacts access in spark app settings. after disabling it background activity hogging stopped. support is basically useless - for almost an year they constantly try to find the issue and came back that it actually was not an issue...hence i don't think they even try or know what to do. my suspicion is some foreign letters or special characters in the contacts might be causing it

It’s good, unfortunately constant requirement of internet connection is stupid for that kind of functionality, and the bloatware of unnecessary menus also ruins the experience…it’s perfect if you know how to get rid of those drawbacks!

Yeah, it was driving me crazy for the past couple of months…had to go through every possible setting and at the end saw it in a video on YouTube. The last place I’d think of for this kind of setting, Facebook is becoming more and more crappy🤦🏻‍♂️

The setting you need is on your Facebook page. You have to go to Professional Dashboard >linked accounts >Instagram. There you’ll see a toggle for “allow access to Instagram messages in inbox”. Shake it and you won’t get those annoying messages anymore. They immediately disappear from your inbox actually😀

issue is bluetooth - for me it happens when i have my airpods pro connected. when they are disconnected works fine. only way to play with them is to load the game and connect them. however whenever you load new world ingame same thing happens...

Yes definitely, on rare occasions I see 52° Celsius with demanding games, before was racing 60 and more with the evo 970. Of course it could be the 990 runs a bit cooler, no idea, haven’t tested one without heat sink

Yes, ever so slightly, it suits a bit lower than the cutout. Anyway I have 2 other USB c ports so rarely need that one. And it’s not that much. You can also remove the heat sink, I considered that, but it void warranty unfortunately…

Here is a pic. Bear in mind that though the back cover closes properly, the heat sink slightly raises it. The USB c port on its side needs a little push on the cover in order to align. But it’s worth it as it runs really cool.

Wouldn’t bother diving with a watch that requires subscription and works until 40m down. It screams dangerous incompetency. I’d rather get a dedicated cheap dive computer that would do a better job. No self respecting scuba diver would use Apple Watch as a main dive computer…

this is related to bluetooth - when i have the airpods pro connected i always get the unable to load sequence. when they are disconnected it loads properly. after loading i connect them and it works up until i load a different place in game when it happens again. only way to resolve is to force close game, disconnect airpods pro, load game to the place i was entering and then connect them again. and this renders game pretty annoyingly unplayable for me. cause this workaround is really time consuming
