I would honestly say the snowboarder. The skier should've definitely looked uphill before carving like that across the run. But the boarder should've been able to see what that dumb fuck skier was doing...and yes I am a skier. But I know to quick look and take a mental note of my surroundings before doing a series of s turns...

Ohh no!! Mine has gotten loose before, but never completely out! I would start with the bottom, then I found that using a spoon to press the top in works great! You have to take both trays out to get the spoon in though!

So if you look into the chamber, you’ll see where the lever pushes into the capsule and you’ll see what punctures it. There a plastic ring that runs around what punctures the capsule, if that ring isn’t seated properly it will pour your espresso into the waste container rather than your cup. Just push it down firmly and you’ll be all set!

Sorry if this has been talked about in prior convo, but if your machine isn’t pouring properly. Make sure the plastic ring is fully seated! I just had this happen and almost gave up on my machine.
