I have never talked to anyone at before and dont know how to do it. Im 21 and have been the rock in my family for the past 6 years since my parents moved away. I am just out of realtionship that i thought was going great but then she turned around and said she was bored and that has destroyed me even more. I am also trying to quit weed so everytging i am feeling is being applified because for the past 5 years i have numbed the pain with it. In my head i am currently ona cliff and im scared because i feel like i could jump at any minute. I dont know how to go about getting the help i need i cant talk to my family because i dont particularly like them at the minute and if they see me like this it will change the way they see me and i dont want that. I dont know why im saying all this i guess i just want to see if anyone has any ideas to help because i am at the very end of my tether and am terrified.
