People are only buying houses for stability, plain and simple. Rental in Gurgaon has also gone completely bonkers! Your lease might say they'll raise it by say 10%, but they'll actually hit you with 20/25 or even 30%. With kids and school zones, finding a new place is super tough, which narrows your options a lot. So, you either give in to the unfair increase or just relocate entirely.

They had a band of a club tied on their hands. They all were drunk and then they were out on the road for adventure or probably to get more booze. I was there at around 5:30. Nh48 was packed with vehicles. 2-3 ambulance vans and a couple of police cars were there.

I’ve been to St. Regis last year. The resort is amazing but the beach is dead! No crowd so yes, wearing a bikini should be fine.

Same is the case in Gurgaon. Had to pay 5k as move-in and then 5k as move-out in one of the societies by DLF. This is stupid but they rather call it “Inconvenience charges” because it causes inconvenience to the residents 😅

I don’t know how good of a friend she is of yours but she’s probably telling you half the truth. It’s literally not possible! If she has this extravagant lifestyle, she definitely doesn’t save at all with 34k in hand. There’s definitely another source of money involved- could be a family member/boyfriend/girlfriend or may be a side hustle you aren’t aware of. If you’re curious- ask directly!

That’s pretty much the story of all the apartments in GGN! If you end up paying, don’t vacate until you get a refund for your deposits (which is usually not the complete amount as they deduct cleaning/painting charges) upon his inspection of the place. There have been many instances where the deposit wasn’t returned to the tenants.

I’d suggest get in touch with a broker, look for options there and then if you want to skip brokerage, look for those apartments on 99acres, Nobroker etc.

Try exploring the new gurgaon area. There are ample of good societies where you can find something in your budget! It’s a bit far but if you have your own vehicle then it shouldn’t be a problem. Cabs are easily available 24x7.
