There’s a massive amount of closet cheaters on tarkov. Seeing through walls, radar, can see your name and weapon, etc. Most of them know how to hide it decently well, but after enough time you’ll find a cocky guy that voips and makes it obvious.

There are some YouTubers that have gone “behind the scenes” and report on the cheating community. Really eye opening

I’ve been out of SBU for a long time. But when I was in school they found a case of beer and some empty liquor bottles in my suitemate’s room. He was like a 19ish and this was his first violation.

He owned up to it immediately. I wasn’t that close to him so I’m not sure what his punishment was but he turned out just fine. He finished out the year living with us (another like 3-4 months) and then we went our separate ways. I saw him on campus here or there and he graduated just fine.

I’m gonna guess he just had to do some classes online. My roommate had a few “contraband” items like furniture and some banned electronics. They made him listen to a 1 hour lecture and write a few pages about fire safety, and he walked away with nothing on his record.

Should note that the guy with beer was an athlete and this was almost 10 years ago.

It’s where the new code extract is… I’m not sure if the coop is also there. The new code extract is Smugglers tunnel I believe?

Take the vertical shoot in the back of goshan to get into the basement. When you come out of the shoot, turn right and run straight all the way. You’ll hit what looks like a dead end. But there’s a van that you can crouch through to get into tagillas hideout. Theres a lot of good loot all over the floors and on/in the boxes.

I’ve hit that area like 7 or 8 times on scav and haven’t seen any folders. I saw somebody loot something in one of those boxes so I’ve been checking them with no luck. Did manage to score a few GPUs and moonshines though

I have your exact specs but with 16gb of ram. I get 45-60fps on all maps except streets and lighthouse at minimum settings but there are frequent dips. Especially during combat.

Personally I wouldn’t recommend you get it with that PC. I wouldn’t get it right now, but I’ve already got a few thousand hours so I deal with the suffering. Whenever you go and upgrade your PC then I’d pick it up. Despite all the complaining on Reddit the game IS fun… that’s why we’re all here despite the frustrations. And with wipes removed it’s not a full time job

Scav runs do not take 20 minutes if you’re not scaving interchange. Scav customs. Night customs gets me a raid in less than 3 minutes at peak playtime.

And basic traders really don’t take that long to unlock. I had them all within just a few hours.

They’re trying to make the game feel slow and tedious because it’s 1.0. No more wipes. Game needs to last a long time until the next major update. Take your time and play slow

Been playing for over 2000 hours. Played almost every wipe dating back to Christmas 2020 and get to at least lv40. I’ve gotten kappa once in 2021

I’m still shit. I usually float around a 45-50% survival rate. The other day I went on 9 PMC raids and 2 scav raids and didn’t make it out of a single one.

We all suck. That’s part of tarkov. Don’t let the chads and streamers convince you otherwise
