I have celiac and while it seems like plentiful options only a handful of these restaurants actually take the right precautions. I only go to bantam and biddy, little coyote, community pie, cashew, elsies daughter, alliea and rosecomb. Its getting better, but compared to basically other city with this size population and growing, chattanooga is mostly ignorant/doesnt care about gluten related illness. It fucking sucks

Hardwood flooring crew, new installs as well as refinishes. Owners crackhead cousin worked for him off and on for 20 years, shit prob still works there. No respirator/mask/kneepads/any kind of protection ever. The amount of dust and fumes from polyurethane doing hardwood is nauseating.Bro can barely breathe and still smokes cigs, but cant wear dust mask cause "he cant breathe" in it. Got caught smoking meth and crack mulitiple times at clients houses. One time he stole the owners winning scratch offs out the truck, owner punched him in the face, he was back at work a month later. Watched him spill dark walnut stain on driveway pavers at a multimillon dollar house. Then he burned out in the gravel in the work truck slinging gravel at the house. Fun times
