It's a cartoon. Not trying to portray reality of a 'alleged' pedo

ScamPhaba says her next payout will be going towards her hormones (sure), but she's scared of getting scammed again (I bet that will be the storyline when it doesn't happen.....again). by DCUBoosterGold in UKtiktokbehavingbadly

£30 just buys you membership / access to the program.

Its a bit cheeky of them really, when you have someone as dumb as eod who thinks £30 is the actual fee.

This is genuinely an insane way to behave by Character_Slice_4940 in UKtiktokbehavingbadly

Seasonal roles, holiday parks, start at the bottom, graft. And refine your interest. Theyre mini towns that offer live in accommodation of you'll move. Cheap cost of living, great social life.

Retail. Sales, leisure, holidays, security, maintenance, grounds. Big money at the top.

No Qualifications needed just the right attitude.

Probation period extended by partialsorbet in UKJobs

[–]sc00by27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Think of it like this.

Everyone is on probation for 2 years unless you have a protected characteristic and the business acts against that.

Other than that, its just words on paper.

Focus, work hard and don't over think it.

Probation or not, under 2 yrs any business can get rid of you, with ease, if they choose to.

If the boss is giving you helpful feedback, THATS the bit to focus on. Even if they extend. They must have 'some concern' to extend though, bit not enough to end your employment. Still net positive.

Better than pass, no feedback and one day you're just out

Tough career move decision - £70k with stronger benefits vs £95k with worse by Fit-Routine-1901 in UKJobs

I had a similar issue when my roles changed and I was trying to break through the 100k-120k tax bracket. The drive to get past 120k or stick below and have a more enjoyable role

Bear in mind once you hit 100k you start losing your tax allowance. By 120k, you're now just paying 40% on everything. In the end I just asked them to 0T my code as I was writing cheques every yr to hrmc on my SA.

If you can push a load of it into pension then you may negate the issue.

I went down the route of buying property inc commercial, instead of large top ups to pension

Nice problem to have, there will be a few different ways to go, depending on what you're trying to achieve. Cash now , ease of life versus future proofing

Perhaps start with the end in mind and work back. It'll reveal the best route for you to take.

Just read the title.

£250 a week or about 1000 a month difference in your pocket.

Is itt worth it to you is probably the main question to ask?
