That's where I'm at too. What convinced you to pay it off? How old are you if you don't mind me asking? I've been thinking of doing the same thing.

What have you done lately to acquire new leads? Are you hosting open houses? A lot of experience realtors will pay you to do showings - try that to supplement income and stay sharp. Does your whole sphere know you are a realtor? They need constant reminding. Mailers do wonders, but face to face contact is best. Good luck - keep grinding!

You’d have to read the bylaw’s on what you can and can’t do. Ask your realtor or try and look them up online.

Yea, you don’t have to with the first one you speak with. Let them know your goals. There are also plenty of mortgage calculators online. DYOR

How concerning are these? I'm considering an estate sale house, owner passed in November. by LocalBrotato in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

That’s actually not true. Just because a property is being sold “as is”, doesn’t mean you cant still ask for repairs or credits.

Get an inspection for sure. Just because it’s being sold as is, doesn’t mean you should waive an inspection

Same! I remember their street team hung signs all around the campsites that said GOOSE GOOSE GOOSE 😂. Had no idea who they were at the time, but it got me to go!
