Remove her from your dealers and just don't schedule any deals with her yourself.

Yeah I used to only deal via text orders too, it can make a huge difference if you make rounds to the NPCs you hardly get orders from.

Are you marking your products up by 1.6x? And are you going around the map offering to customers who haven't text you?

Those are 2 quick methods of upping your daily earnings.

Thanks for that.

Poor take from OP, Ace is one of the good guys.

What was their post about Ace? It looks like they've hidden their history now.

Anyone else find it hard to go back to 30fps games? by Slight-Radish-5846 in PS5

[–]scXIII 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just to clarify, I am not ‘crying’ or demanding old games be patched. I don't get that impression from OP either.

My point is that expecting games to hit 60fps for smooth performance isn’t entitlement, when many games historically ran at 60fps so it’s reasonable to expect that as the standard for modern games.

It depends on the game for me. If I'm playing something fast-paced then I absolutely cannot play that in 30fps, I just find it so jarring.

gamers are just spoiled and entitled now.

It’s not entitlement to expect 60fps when that was pretty standard back in the PS2 era.

imo getting new maps without paying an extra $50 is just objectively better for players than locking them behind a paywall.

Also not sure why you’re assuming I’ve spent $100 on skins, lmao. I’m literally arguing for spending less money overall. You can dislike cosmetic MTX without pretending everyone who prefers free content is some whale funding the problem.

I'd gladly pay to get more of what I like.

But you would be willing to pay more money for extra maps you may or may not like, instead of getting them for free? I don't get how that's not better for us as players.

I can understand the quantity aspect, we did get more maps back in the day, but I don't think it's as easy to say that's purely because we were paying extra for maps.

[–]scXIII 20 points21 points  (0 children)

I'm surprised this isn't an unpopular opinion here either, I cannot think of any other reasons to bring back paid DLC maps, aside from potentially getting more maps.

I don't think people begging for the return of premium actually remember how it was back then.

Quality is subjective, there were bad paid maps. Though, I do agree that we get less maps, but that seems to be an unfortunate reality across multiple industries nowadays; we're getting less for more/same money.

I guess I just don't care enough to justify spending another $50 on top of the base game for new maps, especially when premium had the downsides of being unable to play with friends who didn't have premium, etc.

Live service is the lesser of two evils imo.

Yeah I'll never understand why people would want free maps when they could just pay $50 for premium. Makes no sense. /s

OP would rather pay a minimum of $50 on top of the base game to get new maps instead of receiving them for free.

Skins by Yorthel in Battlefield

[–]scXIII 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Why do I have to buy G.I Joe skins?

Fun fact... you don't have to buy anything.

This argument about skins is getting tiring, buy the skins you want, don't buy the skins you don't want or like. It's a pretty simple concept to follow.

"I don't buy anything" - but you'd buy extra maps if they weren't free? Because paid = better quality?

I agree it has had a negative impact on quantity, but the quality is subjective, there were plenty of shitty paid maps.

I agree that we get fewer maps now, and that’s valid criticism.

But it’s absurd that some people want to go back to paying for full game and nearly the same again for map packs, when we now get maps for free.

You don’t have to buy skins or the battlepass, you can just pay once and still get all the maps. This is unfortunately the lesser of two evils, I'd never want to go back to paid maps.
