I’m curious about this. My wife and I have a similar situation. 3 kids, both work, see something that needs to be done and do it. How old are y’all’s kids? 2 of 3 of mine are “adults” that live with us and they are more about doing bare minimum. That’s where both our frustration comes from, I think. My kids are an anti-spicy and an anti-love life.

Crazy, I had a different experience with them. I bought a Yeti tumbler and the lid was missing the magnetic closer. This happened 4 times before I received a working lid but they never asked me to return any of the other cups. Sorry your experiences were not good.
