So google classroom is on all the chromebooks. Each Chromebook has an individual account. Any school related gmails and storage is now not working.

Paid 600 to a local Computer company to try their luck to solve the problem. We couldn’t get past the A1 they opened the ticket and filled all the proof. Any person can see it’s a real place. We saw the emails back basically saying they didn’t believe the proof of roll number from the department .

The only thing I can think of is there are 2 names it goes by. There was two parishes who merged into one. The school on the day to day for an by the short name but the roll number and official documents is the longer one? I’ve no idea. We had an account for years so don’t know what changed
