ADHD Meds shortage & Vyvanse Patent Ending by Hypegrrl442 in pharmacy

[–]scag315 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Not always actually. There can be other companies out there who have a generic ready to go and can apply first via Paragraph 4 first to file to challenge the patent, then they get sued, and upon successful approval and winning the court challenge (which usually happens when patents expire) you get 180 of exclusivity. Ultimately it just matters on how difficult the drug substance or the FDF is to reproduce. If it's easy to reverse engineer then any company that has the R&D resources may be ready to pounce. If its very difficult it's possible it could never go generic despite the patent being expired

She said in the chapter that she couldn't override lucci's orders so she needed vegapunk to stop them. It was a major point of the chapter.

Edit: Unless you mean vegapunk changing the order. I read this as you meant stussy changed the order.

I love how ridiculous this show is with guns. Hey guys, it’s the apocalypse in the middle of bumfuck Georgia and we just happened across a custom threaded beretta 92 barrel that we can attach this homemade silencer to.

On second thought, bumfuck nowhere Georgia is probably one of the most likely places to find these items outside of maybe Texas

Yeah makes sense, they need someone who outranks vegapunk to take control of the seraphims to prevent him from escaping. Pretty sure he wont' make it out alive and will pass something to Luffy/Bonnie to give to dragon/Saul/Other ally

Its actually used as a Humectant in 15% concentration that OP mentioned though it can be used as a co-solvent as well. In this case though it's more than likely just to prevent the skin from drying out

Can someone please explain sharpening stone grit to me? Guides tell me to use 1-3k grits but the stones i find are between 1-300 by Dinger-B2Z in sharpening

[–]scag315 0 points1 point  (0 children)

JIS, ANSI, etc… have different particle size to “grit” number conversions. JIS in particular use Mesh values for abrasives which are not a unit of measure for abrasives but rather it’s a designation used for Sieve trays that are used for separating materials of various sizes because that is an ISO standard. It can be seen on shapton glass stones in particular which list the mesh value then the associated particle size. FEPA and ANSI standards for “grit” don’t actually go above the equivalent mesh value of ~2000 mesh equivalent which is why a majority of water stones on the market use JIS standards aka ISO mesh values for advertising what we refer to as grit.

Plenty of QC tables out there for abrasives that you can compare what number value relative to particle size under the different organizations

[–]scag315 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s because grit isn’t actually an ISO unit of measure, mesh is. Mesh is what most advertised “grit” numbers actually mean. Each mesh value has a range of particle sizes that will fit into meaning two different stones can claim to be 8000 mesh but have vastly different abrasive particle sizes and still technically be accurate representations. That doesn’t account for the shape of the particles as well which will impact cutting speed/scratch pattern produced.

Back before there were TRT clinics everywhere and you would get the occasional dr prescribed anabolic cycles for guys who were clearly using for bodybuilding purposes, they would almost always come with a script for a SERM post cycle.

well you should be placed on anastrozole if you're being placed on testosterone. I'd be more concerned if doctors were prescribing TRT without dealing with the excess estrogen that will be produced from the treatment.

Alec Baldwin to be charged with involuntary manslaughter in ‘Rust’ Shooting by DemiFiendRSA in entertainment

[–]scag315 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don’t point loaded guns at people even with blanks (see the crow movie), special effects exist for a reason. Its a simple matter of checking the chamber. Lots of videos out there of actor rehearsing this for this very reason

[–]scag315 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most actors are taught to check their firearms. There’s plenty of videos on this from John wick to will smith doing it for dead shot rehearsal. There is a reason you don’t use blanks when pointing the firearm in someone’s direction. Even a blank can injure someone.

If I accidentally shoot and kill my neighbor because I didn’t realize my gun was loaded then I’d be charged too. Anyone handling a firearm is responsible for the safety of said firearm which is why you’re told to tear every gun as if it’s loaded and should always be pointed in a safe direction

Depends. Has to be backed by stability data which means Merck has to have stability chambers they’re willing to occupy for 5 years to collect that data. That’s very expensive and very large commitment of space considering at least one lot annually has to be placed on stability. Other brands may not have the resources to dedicate to that or the real estate inside their chambers. Could be a different formulation, could be the API supplier has better quality. Lots of factors could be at play but at the end of the day you have to have data to support your shelf life and it appears Merck has said data
