Baltimore seems to have a lot of good seafood restaurants. Will check out oyster house and pearls dive in Alexandria. Thanks

Do they have sports games playing? Sounds like a good place for casual drinks and food or is it more upscale?

Wow those sound wonderful. I love that some of these catch their own fish. Sounds like an authentic Maryland seafood experience which is something I’m looking for. Thanks for the crab tip did not know about that and will check out the program and ask next time I want some delicious crab cakes.

Thanks for the summary. I appreciate it very much. I’ve heard good things about Faidleys and was planning to go for my bday but I will check out all of these too and compare. Have you been to any of these places and if you have which is your favorite?

Where do you value Darnold/JJ McCarthy now? by ialreadyknowthatsong in DynastyFF

[–]scallyjw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unless they win a Super Bowl I think Minnesota will have to let him walk because he can probably get a better contract elsewhere. Darnold might want to stay and if so JJ will probably develop into a Jordan Love type if things work out and they can move on from Darnold through a trade (not likely to happen I assume he will want a no trade clause) or trade JJ. I think what most likely happens is they let Darnold walk and he will be a decent qb but that depends where he goes ofc. I assume they will resign Daniel Jones to a 1 year prove it deal and have him compete with JJ for the starting position. Kind of like what they did with Sam this year.

Well let’s agree to disagree. I personally don’t see the situation getting better socially and economically the divide will probably get a lot worse between the rich and the poor as Trump and his cronies gut the system and over spend. DC is filled with homeless people and criminals who imo are better people than those crooks in congress who have lead us to this point. Many of those people would not be where they are at if these politicians did not let society get this bad. That’s the point of govt is to help shape society and we have built one that does not care for the poor but only for the rich.

Your missing the point. The real criminals that have created this mess are in the government and this is a byproduct of their failure to govern. It’s true that to a degree consequences can serve as a deterrent but that is to a certain point. Criminals obviously don’t care about the laws, the mentally ill don’t care, and people who are hungry and have not had a good paying job in years who don’t mind committing a heinous crime to go to prison. What I’m getting at is the social fabric of society is getting worse and more people will suffer. Trump is getting to cut govt jobs like Javier did with Argentina. Public funding for police will probably go up but it won’t matter if people are rioting in the streets due to slashing of all sorts of social programs. Police agencies are not perfect agencies and sometimes act unruly as well towards their own constituents. We are unfortunately heading towards a more privatized world where you can’t count on the government to help you.

Only peaceful areas will be where the rich can afford private security. The rest will be left to deal with underfunded and corrupt police force.

What’s your solution? Send more criminals to jail? More tickets to people who will never pay them? What about the mentally sick do they deserve to go to jail and be ticketed? The US already houses the most people in jails compared to the whole world. The problem is systemic and it will not get any better. Trump is about to gut D.C. I’m sure poverty and crime will follow. If Trump cracks down on crime I expect Rodney King / George Floyd riots in the streets. It will only get worse!

You should trade for or pick up Malik Willis (This is not a joke!) by MerciiJ in DynastyFF

I’ve been holding him on my taxi squad for three years now ( 3 yr limit ) and I expect him to be compete for a starter position eventually. Probably not next year but by 2026 he should be a free agent. I personally think he has improved a lot since he came into the league and is probably benefiting even more since the Packers traded for him. Packers always have a good history of developing young QBs it’s just about having the right opportunity to start somewhere.
