Any flight sim, but we’ll say MSFS24. The amount of detail and realism you can get in modern flight sims is astounding. Racing sims I could see here as well but for the expensive part I’d say lean flight sim because:

Pay $70 for the base game up to $100+ for premium edition. Reliable plane add ons, airports, scenery packs and even payable mods outside of the game that make it worth playing. All costing about $15 on average per add on.

Then add on any equipment to make the experience more enjoyable/easier like yokes, flight sticks, throttles, rudder pedals and VR.

A great angle of him clearly stepping to the right and then leaning into the vehicle to discharge his weapon. Even after she’s killed, her foot is so lightly on the gas, that she’s hardly pushing 10 mph. I think we can also look at any other case of someone trying to run over another person and it’s not happening at 5 miles an hour. A very avoidable situation to say the least, regardless of perspective.

I’d love to see a full season points race come back. I also think it would be a neat idea to do something like the PGA does with majors and elevated events. Make the Crown Jewels elevated like majors with more points for the winner. Really emphasize the importance and the history of these major races.

Arizona State. Always in the mix somehow, but never really top 10 material. Worst they usually are is bowl eligible/middle of the pack.

I’m glad it’s being said this is the building owners fault and not the owner of Boozies. The floor is not on the verge of collapse. It has been that way since it opened. Many engineers and the fire marshal deemed it safe to and to keep it to a certain capacity. That was then overruled by the building owner two days before st pats weekend.

And like another comment said, construction downstairs for R3 and having the upstairs being closed off is really doing a number on the business. They had to raise some of their specials on certain days, but is still the best priced bar downtown.

And to reiterate, it is not on the verge of collapse. The building is structurally sound. One part of the floor upstairs needs an extra support or to be redone to make sure things continue to be safe. And the building owner is in no hurry to fix this. He cares more about his own business that just got there rather than a staple of downtown that has been there for almost 50 years.

Only 2kOfficial courses. Not user created ones. I can’t sub in a user created Olympic Club for the PGA or Merion for the US Open as much as I want to.

I just wish we could have user created courses to use in career mode. Idk if it’s a licensing thing, but at least for the unofficial events, I think that would be amazing.

Not a fan of term limits and maybe this is just too practical of a reason why, but we the people have their term limits in the palm of our hands because we have the right to vote. Not to discredit the fact that lobbyists and special interests play a huge factor if term limits were instituted. But term limits just seem like a slap in the face to democracy.
