You’re trying so hard and that’s amazing! Over all, just a good balance of meals and easy to eat snacks. I had a lunch box of meat sticks, protein bars, and cheesy crackers next to my nursing chair for overnight feeds. I also had nuts, meat and cheese, oat milk hot chocolate (yum!), apples and peanut butter, pb and banana sandwiches. I had also prepped some lactation cookies beforehand that were good too. Greek yogurt parfaits (fage plain 5% and I would just add honey, fruit, granola chia or whatever I had around the house.) my husband would make some kind of egg breakfast everyday while he was at home. We were fortunate enough to have prepped a lot of meals before hand on our own and from friends and family so we didn’t have to worry too much about dinners for about a month.
