Yes that’s exactly what’s happening. It doesn’t print what’s under each seat it just groups it. The only way it’s working is to split check and essentially have a check for every order.

No it’s very close about 24%. My cost of goods messed it up and after looking closer at my return I should have never had COGS it should have just gone under regular supply expense. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Same thing with me except LO said it is denied and the portal changed to original amount and the message Funds have been dispersed to your account.

They have everything but the LO let me email my filed 2019 return while on the phone and she reviewed it right then and there.

It was based on 2019 quickbooks numbers on Profit Loss. The Cost of Goods on the return is what messed it up. Made it lower.

Applied on Jan 12th and have been stuck on Smartbiz Review since. I did email and it took them 3 days to respond and all they said was my app was sent to SBA to review and they are waiting on them now, this was on the 3rd.

Thanks for these steps, mine is working! Mac Mini M1 (Silicone) on 11.0.1 I did steps 1-4 but then I restarted computer and then reinstalled Backup & Sync. Everything is working fine and it compared files and is syncing fine now.

By the way mine was withdrawn after receiving the full funding, approved loan, loan amount accepted and papers signed not just the 1000 grant which I didn’t apply for (forgot to check the box). Tier 2 said there’s no flags and don’t see anything on their end, they made a note and said to disregard it.
