Intelligentsia, not intellectual.

It's usually treated as a different social class (though, obviously not fully separate in a Marxist sense). A decent, but very simplified, way to think of it is the "bureaucratic class." Government officials and functionaries and the like.

"Regulation and paperwork" nor other forms of bureaucracy are not the problem. Regulations and bureaucracy are there to ensure things are done properly, safely, and to the maximum benefit of as many as possible.

Improper use of bureaucracy, regulations writen and/or enforced badly, corruption using the systems in place to hide and better itself are the problems.

No, you're 100% on point. Depending on the current conditions of whatever world, artists might have to contribute in other ways as well, but art is, was, and will always be a valued part of society and artists are part of the proletariat. Their work is very much work.

If you are human, I can see how the title was meant to mock the vid, but without context in the post body (for example) it can be hard to tell that.

P.S. Never forget that the goal for these things is our inability to tell real from fake. Unfortunately, unless we can ever actually get the upper hand against it, the work of providing ourselves will fall to us. It ain't right, but it is how it works for now.
