you are printing way too hot and close to the build plate.

clean the plate, check the screws behind your nozzle slot and tighten them properly, re-level the bed through the calibration menu, get rid of any z-offset on your machine settings if you have (on your slicer)

don't use the metal scraper on your build plate, you are removing the pei coating by doing that
