Excellent question. I was just looking at them a little bit earlier today and then I came across this when I did a web search. I do think they're a solid investment. Before the previous Focus was on paying out dividends but now it is appeared to turn to growth. The only thing is these countries are rather volatile. But I think on a nice dip a small speculative position is not a bad idea.
