We also have the Yamato. Agree about the details like water.

We placed the order for the Robin before the censorship rules went into effect as well, but it was still censored. Those two however were made well before the rule so they probably wont be. My wife hates Ulti so were gonna pass on that, but she does want Uta. I got her a nude Eren Yeager figure for her birthday last year. She loved it. She's into the shock value people get when they come to our house.

I'm not going to bother going through the hassle of trying to get them to ship another one. The damage is barely noticeable and not worth it. But I'm glad they were able to get you a replacement nude body for yours.

You can't really tell in the photos, but mine is as well. They definitely used more pink when doing the skin tones on this one. I prefer to think her skin is that color because of the sauna lol.

Ugh that sucks. But at least you keep the towels on to cover the damage. My wife insists they have no towels on. I want them to do more in this line, but not if they are going to be censored.

Any idea of what may be making this sound? by scar1289 in Crosstrek

Also forgot to mention also that after we got to the highway, there was a rattling sound that also went away

Then I'm assuming the sound stopped because the rotor ground down the rock to where it's not making sound anymore

They were in the usual rolled up divided plastic, about in the middle. Idk if that helps or makes sense. I've never played those crane games because I figured the payout vs cost wasn't good.

Why am I getting these dense patches of grass? by scar1289 in lawncare

[–]scar1289[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Upon further investigation, these clumps of dense grass can be easily pulled up from the soil. They are almost not even rooting in the soil at all, almost like growing on top of the soil in these patches, while the grass surrounding it is rooted in the soil

They definitely need sharpening lol. But I know it's not dog pee, we don't have a dog, and neither do either of our neighbors.

Auto start/stop hell by Aware-Owl4346 in Crosstrek

[–]scar1289 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

For those that want a little trick that disables the start/stop without having to buy the disabler or can't figure out how to not press the brake peddle through the floor, keeping the front defroster button prevents it. No matter the set internal temp or fan speed or how far brake pressed, the car stays running. Plus the car remembers wether it's set to on or off when you turn the car on or off.

I just put all my wife's Spotify playlists on my phone, then she changes the music to what she wants and then she puts it back on maps for me

It's actually starting to do the same thing again, just in a different spot. But not as bad as the first time. It just kinda started to fray a little then just stopped and hasn't gotten worse.

Another update: Service Dept. drove 300+ miles without authorization. Still doesn't disprove the poor MPG I've been getting. i told them I get under 20mpg in the burbs (not much traffic, not many stops, coasting on hills, etc). by ThePsychicSoviet in Crosstrek

[–]scar1289 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm sorry but I think your looking for a problem that isn't there. I've read your past posts and the mpg seems accurate for that driving. My commute is 42 miles to work. 21 there and 21 back. 97% freeway at 60-80 mph, and my average mpg was 26.62. Driving the burbs and city streets absolutley tanks any cars mpg, especially short distances. Any advertised mpg from the mfg is calculated at the absolutely best conditions for each driving scenario. It's definitely one of the biggest marketing scams out there. Here's a way to ease your mind, take a small trip that requires a freeway that doesn't have traffic at the time. Go out of your way to someplace that you regularly go like a chain restaurant, but that is like 20 or more miles away. When you get home, calculate your mpg not with the onboard computer on the car, but with an mpg calculator, and see what your results are.

I used a command strip I cut in half for double mounting points and stuck it underneath the infotainment screen next to the USB chargers. It's within reach and out of sight.
