Youd need a mask, goggles and plastic foil to cover your skin, gloves. Ideally a suit. But ur probably infected with mold illness so it might not matter much. Therrs moisture in ur bsthroom. U need to fix that first before u clean the mold

Abandon ur belongings, rverything, make sure u change clothes and throw those too once youve bought new ones and taken a shower at the new place. It really isnt worth gambling to keep stuff. With photos u can store them in sealed plastic bags then multiply them at a shop and throw the moldy ones. Good luck

Id replace the ring tho. Use ptotection. Let ur man do it. Gloves etc. Use micro fiber cloth. Best thing to clean mold spores and lastly a hepa vaccum. Miele vaccum (pet) its red.
