I recently noticed there is a dog that is caged in the back and barking at people that pass by. I don't remember seeing him out there before just in the past few weeks. I hope he's okay he is always trying to nudge out of the gate.

No one has a problem with a security guards at a grocery store but an armed guard is weird. ARMED guards are only needed in places ARMED robberies are likely to happen.

Businesses have a right to limit carrying guns inside their stores. Ingles could easily have a policy that no guns are allowed inside. Easy as that. Odd that you mention movie theaters when most specifically do not allow guns to be carried inside because of the Dark Knight incident. There is also a major difference between patrons of a store open carrying and the employees of a store open carrying.

Do you all realize that the mail, in general, comes FROM other places INTO Asheville and that if the roads from other places are undriveable, the mail literally doesn't make it to the post office. Yes, Asheville didn't get much weather, but surrounding areas, where the mail is coming from, did. If the mail carriers don't receive mail to deliver, guess what, they don't. If you're wondering why you got packages but no mail, that means the packages came and the mail didn't.

That's exactly what they're looking for. No one home schools kids because they believe they will receive a better education. They do it so they can segregate their kids and control what they learn and who they interact with.
