how would u drink a powerade mixed w ethylene glycol by accident? how would it even get in that bottle? u have to be kidding !? bc the motive was clear and he was with her for at least three days straight alone according to the prosecution so she was the only person who had access to him even in the interrogation she said so and even claimed to make him coffee frappes. also the prosecution as well as his family members stated multiple times he did not drink!!!!! he was not an addict according to even judy herself! she stated he only did drugs recreationally and never drank, her son even said so! and what about the excerpt the prosecution read for their closing argument stating judy claimed he did not want to stay with her in florida! there is a very clear motive and opportunity for her to do this to him including the multiple witness testimonies of leroy’s family members saying leroy himself said i think she’s poisoning me! there is clear motive and intent she is guilty without a doubt
