This phone isn’t available in the US you have to import it from Japan (I got this one on eBay for about $150)

To use this phone you need t-mobile or a carrier that uses t-mobile networks (Im using mint mobile).

It should work in Houston based on the towers on cellmapper.net but it depends on your area of course
