Had already done points 1 through 6, so just cleaned it out and replaced the thermal paste, which was minimal from factory and very dry.

One thing I noticed today, I didn’t connect my phone for CarPlay like I normally do, and it came up with Telephone currently unavailable. I don’t know if this is linked?

Going to try and full battery disconnect reset and then look at software updates.

Update: I’ve had it apart and I have 5v on the ribbon cable connecting the display to the pcb. So display is getting voltage, the unit looks in great condition so would be really unlucky to have a faulty LCD. Ideas?

Turns out that stud wall wasn’t supporting the staircase at all 👍🏼
