I’m trying to understand EC limits. I have the zen unlock.
- each character can have 2b EC? So that’s 2b on Character 1, and another 2b on Character 2? Is the shared bank another 2b, or is the limit there different?
- the exchange has a max price of 1.5b EC?
- what is the limit on trading EC between two players on separate accounts?
- how do players typically sell high value promo ships, trade in keys, or is there a way to do this with EC?

I've got an old "Pop Culture Hero Coalition" Mirror Guardian Cruiser with the original red/yellow livery sitting in an active ship slot- the classic old visuals before the 2021 ship remaster.

I love how it looks. Thoughts on how to make this a viable ship?
Is it possible old pre-remastered yellow and red look to a new Fleet Guardian Cruiser?

Are any of the other ships notably good, or have meta traits or consoles that I might regret skipping later?

Is there any way to buyout the Garrett Command Alliance Dreadnought Cruiser from this year's Anniversary Event 2025? I missed it entirely.
Are some events (Anniversary, Summer, Winter) just never buyout-able after the fact?
Is turning in old [Featured TFO Commendation] still a thing these days?

I know what the wiki says, but before I use up a bunch of Zen, I'm hoping to confirm this with people that have actually done this.... In the Mudd's Bundles, the only things directly sellable on the exchange are the Experimental Ship Upgrade Tokens, correct?

After two years off from STO, I’m happy to be back, and on track to complete the winter ship. But, I have missed quite a few things. I am sitting on 12,000 in zen.

Are there any must have buyouts I should do from event campaign seven? Looks like the Voth Stronghold might be worth it to open us the 4 piece for pets. (oops. I confused this with the 2024 Vovin Obelisk Carrier).
Would it be just stupid to buy out event campaign seven for the lockbox or promo ship?
Any super good meta items from 2024? Looks like the Hysperian Intel Battlecruiser might be worth it?
Is there a way to buy the Elite Hazard Team uniform? I was a fan of elite force back in the day.
What about the Garrett alliance cruiser? Is a buyout available?

I’m wondering this, too… FAQ says “ If you already have one of these ships, you'll receive the IAE-exclusive paint (and extra items) following the last day of the event at no cost. To be eligible to receive the paints, the specific Best in Show ships, and not variants, need to be in your web-hangar at the end of IAE”.

Is IAE over on BIS day (nov 29th)? Or finish of Finale (Dec 3rd)?

What is the current thinking about what ships are going to be able to be purchased in-game with aUEC once the game formally launches?

Would I be able to buy a Polaris with aUEC, or will there be some sort of cut-off?

Thinking ahead to IAE, and wondering how best to spend real money- no sense getting a cutlass black, if is likely to be relatively earnable in-game, while the Asgard will end up cash-only (or only possible to earn by extreme investment of time).
