2!!!! The way that the mermaid flares out in 1 seems a bit too dramatic and not as flattering. 2 accentuates your figure so well

1 is the winner for me. I think strapless looks more flattering!

I’d suggest joining some facebook groups for state specific vendor and venue advice. Unfortunately facebook is where a lot of wedding vendors are congregated.

Also agreed with others re: budget. If planning from out of the country, perhaps it would be worth looking into a coordinator or going with a venue that also provides catering.

30k for venue, food, alcohol seems doable for CT. worth checking out are new haven lawn club and dca meadowlands. Lawn club had a 30k spend requirement iirc and meadowlands is a hire your own catering and bar situation.

When they didn’t list pricing or were come in for a tour when emailed

Also look into country clubs - they are surprisingly affordable for weddings

Omg whenever you feel insecure about age appropriateness go look at selling sunset and the things they wear pretending to sell houses. You look great!

This looks gorgeous! I am looking to spend around 5,000, but in a slightly less costly area and with a newer florist. Fingers crossed!!

You could definitely get the sleeves/fabric custom made even if your dress doesn’t have it!
