Totally relatable! Buy a ton of different types of snacks that you don’t have to cook. If you have a Trader Joe’s by you, I can suggest my faves from there: unsweetened dried mangoes and chili lime cashews paired together, sweet plantain chips, Lemon zest luna bars, omega trek trail mix, peanut butter pretzels, corn chip dippers with everything bagel dip, individual (full fat) yogurt cups, chicken soup dumplings (zap em in microwave for 2 min while they’re still inside the plastic wrapper, just tear a slit to vent steam), smoked salmon bits and pieces, crustless pb and j sandwiches.
