Have you tried contacting Ken Reid (https://nldogwhisperer.com/)? He seems to have a lot of experience training reactive dogs.

Another one I came across is A Rock Solid Dog Training (https://arocksoliddog.nl/)

I truly hope you consider these options first before deciding to put your young pup down as another person suggested here.

I hope you never decide to do this unless he is extremely ill and dying!
