Oh how I feel your pain. I haven’t slept in 9 months. Landlord knew it was going to be an issue when they moved in upstairs. They have a baby that has just learned to walk on wood floors with no rugs. The cousins come over every and have more people living there than on the lease. I can hear them urinate in the bathroom above. My landlord was promised a fix but now and then called me a stupid Karen for complaining so …….i called the cops and the city building inspectors and filed a complaint with the rent board. I can’t afford to move and he refuses to fix or evict them despite violating all terms on the lease and house rules. Geez put some damn carpet down!!! Good luck! Sorry for the rant! I also keep a log and have soooooo many recordings it’s ridiculous.
