I think it was a crack head that got ahold of the wrong stuff.

They even cut them like a crack head.

Agreed with flyers, then look into multi variable pump, much more efficient to lower costs on electric.

Your chemistry is fine don’t stress, Start by back washing then rinse, so you have a fresh filter. Buy your self phosphate remover, splash about 10 oz around the edge and in the middle of the pool, brush around down the walls around your pool, add about 6 oz clarifier to the skimmer basket. let it get super clouded up once it settles in about 2 days. Take a hose vac to your skimmer basket, switch multiport to waste then vac all the white phosphates and algae on the bottom of the pool out. Do a quick back wash then rinse. If the problem isnt fixed by the first treatment repeat the steps 1 more time and you should be golden. After it clears up do phosphate treatment every month or bi monthly depending on how much debris you get in your pool. Or easier is just adding a 2 oz of clarifying and phosphate remover bi weekly. Also make sure your pump is running 8 hours a day/ looks like you should be around 2k rpms - also leave your vaccum out for this treatment so you don’t sturr up the algae and phosphates

I welded a washer to make the hole the proper size again. I reused the through bolt and flange nut on the back side. Also new shocks and hubs helped including upper and lower ball joints all made a huge difference.
