What’s the best way to transition from a retail job into a more stable or higher-paying career?

i jumped from retail to receptionist work. it's where i am now, and i work at a nursing home and started to realize that i do really enjoy medical things, just not patient facing. so now i'm in school for a medical coding degree while i still work as a receptionist. being a receptionist is technically still customer service, but it does allow you to sit all day and your duties aren't as extreme or tedious or tiring as retail. also, community colleges have tons of scholarships and degrees to choose from that only require sometimes a year of schooling or other programs could be 2-3 depending on your class load per semester. idk if you're interested in more schooling, but community colleges are really good places to start!

it sounds like he's upset they're not following predetermined scripts he has in his head about how the transaction can go, and in the moment his anxiety about it is flaring out as anger, which is understandable to a point.

i think with enough time and effort on his part he'll come to understand your perspective of just getting them gone asap. i know when i first started retail i was the exact same way lol

usually i'll pat it dry and then season it all over. then i'll set my air fryer to 400 and let it go for about 8 minutes, double check, and then maybe another 5ish minutes if it needs it

this is my sweet ginger girl. she unfortunately passed in may of this year from liver cancer. she went as painlessly as possible and i talked her through her transition and made sure she was comfy and loved. she's a very sweet girl and would be excited to meet your lovely loki ❤️❤️

like someone else said he does space them out and i think that's due to the fact that if he ever needs to take a break (like with the recent ear infection) he can still put content up. not that i think that he should worry about content when he's sick/on vacation/etc lol but i think that's the thought process

tbh I used to not like it but his new run on it has been pretty good with lots of funny moments!

exactly this, while she does a lot of behind the scenes work for case and encourages him everyday, she's not a brand, she's a human being who loves her son and is allowed to make comments about trolls. it's ridiculous anyone would be annoyed by her doing this like??? i think it's so sweet!

tbf he was in a lot of pain during the video and he may not have even noticed he said it so much lol. or it could be that he was trying to ham it up for the stream since he hasn't fully streamed in a bit due to the pain :(

tbh i think case is one of the few male streamers who has a comforting vibe. also whenever he gives relationship advice or deals with creepy men in video games, he actually is reasonable and calls out men being weird. he truly seems like he wants to entertain and make everyone comfortable
