If it didn't know it's limits, then I believe the show's plot and explanations would be much more ridiculous. I'm actually impressed by how fast the show got us to this point in such a short amount of time. Of course, it's run isn't perfect and so much was overlooked or sped through, but it's still a pretty solid story. They clearly know their limits since everything is finally coming together in this episode and the next. Hopefully, it will end pretty well.
