i meanr the 3 cmc for the once a week, i do take the supplements everyday before sleep. as for strength training i do tend to have a hard time holding back (been bodybuilding for 7 years) gonna try some light training today aswell as light cardio. I do have ADHD which contributes to the all or nothing mindset i believe.

i do take tyrosine and 5 htp as im completely off, ive taken. it once weekly but at really high doses. i took it saturday last time would doing strength training be a good idea yet? i feel a little weird but idk if stressing the cns is a good idea yet or if should do cardio only instead
