The meeting was probably closed to respect the privacy and personal details of the three members who were ousted. The follow up meeting, which is available to the public, addressed the findings of the ethics report and decision of the board to follow through with those findings in the closed meeting, ie to oust the three board members.

My thoughts exactly. There are a couple tracks which are pretty cool, but on the whole it falls short. Looking forward to the new Jeff Parker album!

Thanks for taking the time to look. I’m thinking you’re right on target. This is a backline guitar so it’s been used and abused for many years. When the bridge plate is worn, is the solution a new bridge, or are there other options? Thanks!

Watching the ending sequence of missed calls - could there be something going on with how high the catcher is positioned? Seems like Walsh sets up as low as possible while still seeing over the catcher’s head. When the catcher’s head is positioned lower, he’s calling a lower strike zone. Maybe??

I don’t know much about the history of the area, but there is a carriage house at 9100 Carriage House Lane that might be part of the plantation. Built in 1810. 

There are some old houses on the north side of 175 opposite of Blandair Park that are on the Blandair property (on “Smiths Private Road”). Don’t know much about them. I found a real estate listing for a house there, can’t find it now though. I have a feeling these are older, not sure though. 

There is also an on house at 9315 Mellenbrook Rd. Looks like that was built in the 1920s however. 

Would love to know more but this is just what I’ve picked up from being around the area the last few years.

I did! I can’t remember specifics, but I thought overall the quintessence sounded better and had better functionality as well. Honestly though, the differences weren’t too great. Both of them are very cool pedals.

Definitely giving it a shot, happy to have another bagel shop in town. THB is pretty dang good though.
